I very much enjoyed the Maverick festival and hope it will be repeated next year. If so please make sure it doesn’t happen on the August Bank Holiday weekend as this already has a multitude of festivals and you can’t be at two places at once.
One suggestion for next year, if it does go ahead. I happened to be talking to Corinne West over the weekend after her fantastic gig in Torquay and she is scheduled to be doing Shrewsbury Festival over the August Bank Holiday next year. If Maverick was a week later she would probably still be in the country and I personally couldn’t think of anyone better as a guest.
